It’s not too late to register! On-site registration will be available starting on Wednesday, May 27 from 4:00pm-7:00pm. Registration tables will open at 8:00am on Thursday and Friday. The rates have increased to $225 for individuals and $125 for students. Payments can be made via credit card or check made out to Michigan State University. We will not accept cash at the registration table.
On the mornings of Thursday, May 28 and Friday, May 29, a continental breakfast will be available in the Big Ten Room at the Kellogg Center. Afternoon coffee breaks on both days will also occur at this location. Lunch is also included in the price of registration. Lunch vouchers to eat at Brody Square cafeteria will be given out to each attendee in their welcome packet.
Guests are expected to find dinner on their own. However, heavy appetizers and a cash bar (first drink is on us) will be available at the Thursday evening reception at the Broad Art Museum. Sign-ups for Birds of a Feather dinners for Friday evening will be available at the information desk on a first come first served basis. In addition, light appetizers and a cash bar will be available at the closing reception on Friday evening.
A gender-neutral bathroom will be designated on the garden level of the Kellogg Center for attendees to use.

To access the nursing mother’s room, go to the front desk at the Kellogg Center and ask for the room key.

Where can I park during the conference?
Those lodging at the Kellogg Center during the conference can park in the covered parking garage located on-site. Attendees staying elsewhere who wish to park at the Kellogg Center will be charged $1 an hour with a maximum of $8 per day. Those lodging in Rather Hall dorm can park for free in lot 75 (located just off Kalamazoo Street, one block from the dorm).
How do I get to the Broad Art Museum for the reception on Thursday evening?
On Thursday evening, a shuttle service will be provided from 7:00pm to 9:00pm to transport attendees between the Kellogg Center and the Broad Art Museum. For those who are feeling more adventurous, a walking path will be clearly marked for a stroll across MSU’s campus.
I’m staying at Candlewood Suites. What’s the easiest way to get to the Kellogg Center in the morning?
On Thursday and Friday mornings, a shuttle service will be available to take you the Kellogg Center from Candlewood Suites between 8:00am and 9:00am. Please note that there will be no return service in the evening.
Where is the nearest grocery store or pharmacy?

Where are the closest restaurants to the Kellogg Center?
The State Room Restaurant is conveniently located right inside the Kellogg Center and is the perfect option for attendees looking for an upscale dining experience. Directly across Michigan Ave. to the north, you’ll find Harrison Roadhouse, a classic East Lansing tavern. Jimmy Johns, Hungry Howies, and Dominos are all located just north of the Kellogg Center.
Are there vending machines available nearby?
Drink vending machines are available on the garden level of the Kellogg Center. Alternatively snacks and other items are available at the gift shop on the main floor of the Kellogg Center. Drink and snack vending machines are also located across the street in Brody complex. Sparty’s convenience store is also located in Brody and is open until 10:00pm.
Where’s the closest ATM?
An ATM is located on the first floor of the Kellogg Center and in the main building of Brody complex.
