Poster Guidelines

Poster Setup

Posters may be set up at any time on the morning of Thursday, May 28. We suggest taking part of the 8:00am-9:00am registration and breakfast period for this task. They will remain up until after the reception on the evening of Friday, May 29. This reception is scheduled to take place from 5:45pm-6:45pm.

The following will be available at each poster station:

• An easel
• A 40×60 piece of foam board
• Four binder clips
• An 18″ diameter table

Poster Presentations

There are two presentation times scheduled for the conference in the Lincoln Room at the Kellogg Center. On Thursday, posters will be presented from 5:30pm-6:00pm. On Friday, posters will be presented from 5:45pm-6:45pm. To see which session you’ll be presenting during, visit the Schedule Page or download the conference mobile app.
